During World War II on the Asian battlefield, the Japanese military established a sinister secret military base codenamed Unit 731. They conducted medical experiments on prisoners of war, civilians, and even women and children from countries such as China, Korea, the Soviet Union, Mongolia, Italy, and Britain, in order to develop biological and chemical weapons for deployment against Allied nations.

*Return to 731* is a retro FPS game similar to *DOOM* and *Wolfenstein*, where players take on the role of a martial arts hero from a local militia in Northeast China. Tasked with a covert mission, they infiltrate the 731 base alone to rescue imprisoned captives and civilians, ultimately destroying the secrets of biological weapons.
